Features: swimlane-based board layout, drag-and-drop cards, real-time updates via WebSockets, groups and subgroups with inherited RBAC, per-trigger notification preferences, OAuth login (Google, GitHub, GitLab), analytics (velocity, dwell time, bottlenecks), and production-ready Docker Compose with Nginx and Let's Encrypt TLS.
