A tiny, single-file player that plays an audio (or video) recording next to its transcript and highlights each segment — and each word — as it plays. Great for reviewing interviews, meetings, podcasts, or any recording you have an .srt/.vtt for.
Everything runs locally in your browser. Your files are never uploaded or sent anywhere.
Alles läuft lokal in deinem Browser. Deine Dateien werden niemals hochgeladen oder irgendwohin gesendet.

Arcingtime Nosce is a free, open-source app for keeping your own health record — every home test you run, in one place, on hardware you control.
The premise is self-knowledge as an early-warning system. A single reading rarely means much; several drifting the wrong way at once, caught early, is something you can act on. Years of your own consistent numbers build a feel for your baseline that an annual checkup can't. It makes no diagnoses and isn't trying to replace a doctor.
What you track: blood glucose and ketones with a calculated GKI, blood pressure, SpO2 and pulse, weight and height with BMI, and urine pH — each with a logging form, full history, reference ranges to read a result against, and a best-practices tab. Fasting sessions get a live elapsed timer, editable start and end times, and duration milestones. Askesis tracks weighted-hike conditioning, scoring each week's reps and distance against your recent average.
Details that come from actually using it: every reading records how long you'd been fasting when you took it, computed automatically. The glucose/ketone screen tells you whether a test is worth a strip right now, and once it has enough of your paired readings it learns the glucose level above which your own ketones run low — so you stop spending strips to confirm what it already knows.
Your data lives in local SQLite and the app is fully usable with no network connection. Backup and restore is a single JSON file. Choose and reorder the metric cards, set your units and theme.
Built with Flutter. Packaged for Linux as an AppImage; Android and Windows planned. No iOS or macOS, by design. Licensed GPL-3.0.
