La suite sermo de haplo-dialog : des interfaces graphiques natives décrites en XML, lancées depuis un script shell. Deux ports — gtk3sermo (GTK 3, 52 widgets) et gtk4sermo (GTK 4, 56 widgets) —, remplacement direct de gtkdialog (même langage XML, mêmes options), durcis, paquets .deb fournis, recettes d'empaquetage pour Arch, Gentoo, RPM et Slackware. À ne pas confondre avec le paquet gtk3dialog de BunsenLabs, qui est un autre fork du même ancêtre.

The project provides Python tool-chain and shell scripts for molecular simulation workflows: preparation, running and analysing molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of bio- and organic soft condensed matter.

Library for easy and powerful bash scripting with easy helpers, process control, remote management, automatic dependency installation and a lot of REST API integrations.

Shoot a JupyterLab | marimo | VS Code/VSCodium | Pluto.jl | Matlab | SSHD | ... server to a (remote) Slurm allocation and talk to it via your local browser. Runs locally (Linux, Mac, Windows (WSL)) or remotely (e.g. as Remote or ProxyCommand configured in ~/.ssh/config) or inside an interactive Slurm session. One Bash script for both tasks: as a wrapper it starts itself as an sbatch script in a Slurm job.

KubeLaunch is a self-service DevOps platform that I am building to help application teams deploy their applications to Kubernetes without manually setting up AWS infrastructure. It uses Terraform to provision VPC, IAM, ECR, and EKS, Docker for containerization, Helm for Kubernetes application deployment, and CI/CD to automate validation, deployment, and rollback. I am also building the monitoring and observability layer using Prometheus and Grafana, along with separate configurations for non-production and production environments.

Slab is a tool for building custom Ubuntu disk images for lab and MAAS deployment. It wraps Packer and QEMU/KVM — automating ISO selection, package installation, and user/credential setup from reusable "profiles" — so you don't have to hand-edit Packer HCL and cloud-init files for every image variant.

It offers a desktop GUI (PySide6) and a CLI (slab), both built on a shared core pipeline, and produces .qcow2 images that can optionally be converted and packaged for upload to MAAS as custom boot resources. The project is currently being extended with a remote API + worker architecture (so builds can run on a dedicated server while the GUI runs on a laptop) and an optional natural-language interface for describing image requirements in plain English.
