Self-hosted Kanban board with swimlane rows and automatic card movement tracking. Built with Django, Django REST Framework, React, and PostgreSQL. Lightweight alternative to Trello and Smartsheet — focused on pipeline visibility per customer or project, with a full audit trail of every card movement between stages. Features: swimlane-based board layout, drag-and-drop cards, real-time updates via WebSockets, groups and subgroups with inherited RBAC, per-trigger notification preferences, OAuth login (Google, GitHub, GitLab), analytics (velocity, dwell time, bottlenecks), and production-ready Docker Compose with Nginx and Let's Encrypt TLS.

The Twayn "DevOps Customer View" is a simple web portal that collects information from DevOps tools like GitHub and GitLab and provides a quick overview of progress, status, tickets, and milestones as well as the documentation for projects managed within these tools.
Most tools are either built for developers and too complex and powerful for "non-techies" or built for project managers, business economists, and consumers.
Our goal is to allow developers to continue using their most beloved DevOps tools and generated a simple interface that provides customers and other people with no technical perspective on the project with information on the progress.
