BananAnimation was built to make creating sprite animations easier — especially for indie devs and hobbyists who want to turn short video clips into clean, usable spritesheets without a bunch of manual work. It handles frame extraction (via FFmpeg), background transparency cleanup (via ImageMagick), and spritesheet assembly all in one clean UI.
