Configure Passthrough proxy for API endpoints
Overview
In Phase 2: GitLab.com HTTPS Passthrough Proxy (&12775 - closed) we are rolling out the Passthrough proxy for GitLab.com and we've should have rolled this out to some endpoints already:

We want to increase the number of routes we proxy through the HTTP router for all the endpoints for more API endpoints
