Planaria Image Quantification

Assignment for the class of "Medical Physics" consisting on a set of Python scripts for image manipulation and processing. The code implements several basic techniques such as histogram equalization, noise reduction and applying several filters (Gaussian, Laplacian, low-pass and high-pass, among others).

FITS Liberator CLI image processing software has meant that it is even easier and faster to create color images using raw observations from a range of telescopes.

This project is an intuitive web application for image processing, built with Gradio.
