- Pass .com seat data to Zuora to enable Sales Efficiency: gitlab-org/customers-gitlab-com#1359 (closed)
- Enable expired .com accounts to re-purchase a subscription: product#1524 (closed)
- Make GitLab aware of Payment Owner of a Group: product#1551 (closed)
Non-dev related Product priorities:
- Create an MVC health score
- Explore options in Zuora for Dunning, credit card updates
- Continue manual downgrades of .com accounts once automated reporting is available.
UX related Product Priorities:
- What's New design, testing, and decomposition with team
- Allow .com accounts to cancel and resume subscriptions within GitLab: product#1528 (closed)
- Renew scorecard: product#114 (closed)
