[meta] 8.16
What is this?
This is the meta issue for the 8.16 milestone. Here we gather what we think is what we should work on next. This is not the place to suggest new features, but rather, which of those features we should build this specific release.
The closer we get to the 8.16 release, the more definitive the list with issues becomes.
