GitLab CI/CD Pipeline for Node.js 🚀 Implemented a GitLab CI/CD pipeline to automate building, testing, and deploying my Node.js application.

🔹 Pipeline Stages: ✅ Install – Installs dependencies (npm install) ✅ Test – Runs automated tests (npm test) ✅ Deploy – Starts the application (server.js)
