FraXtex is a QGIS 3/4 plugin for automatic fracture mapping in two stages: (1) generate a fracture probability map from RGB orthophoto and DEM using ONNX deep learning models, and (2) vectorize the probability map into LineString geometry. Dependencies (numpy, rasterio, scikit-image, onnxruntime, geopandas, shapely, pygeoops) are auto-installed on first run via pip. If auto-install fails, a platform-specific manual command is shown in the Processing log. See the README for manual install instructions for macOS, Windows, and Linux.
