This project implements a Data Analytics and Visualization platform using Apache Superset as the main exploration, dashboarding, and BI layer.

The platform enables users to explore, analyze, and visualize data from multiple structured sources through interactive dashboards, SQL-based exploration, and semantic datasets, supporting both operational and analytical use cases.

This project implements an MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server that exposes a set of domain-specific tools backed by a SQL database.

The server is designed to be consumed by AI agents (e.g. via n8n) as part of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. The MCP server acts as a controlled and structured access layer between LLM-based agents and the underlying relational data model.

This pipeline implements a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflow using n8n as the orchestrator, an AI Agent, and an MCP Client that queries a SQL database as the primary context source.

The pipeline processes natural language queries, retrieves structured context from the database, and generates enriched responses. For specific cases (e.g. biomarker region queries), the flow includes external API calls to further enhance the response.

AmpCheck investigates primer/probe - template matching and return amplicon related information.
