• Review current state of design discussions (https://github.com/autowarefoundation/autoware/discussions). Max - The design is ongoing, everyone is invited to participate in the discussions. It's important to involve as many stakeholders as possible to ensure that we are not missing any features.

• Call for papers/proposals/demonstrations for the upcoming Autoware Workshop at IV2022 https://iv2022.com/program/workshops
• TierIV will be presenting a "proposal for ConOps and OpsCon of the AWF Bus ODD demonstration system" at the upcoming Open ADKit WG meeting at 7am CET on 24 February.

Review of issues

The following issues were discussed (see comments for details):

• autowarefoundation/autoware.auto/AutowareAuto#1410 - CI is failing on behaviour planner. Max will help to update the tests
• autowarefoundation/autoware.auto/AutowareAuto#1406 (closed) - in progress (a system to alert for zero variance and a small amount of noise could be added to the incoming msg)
• autowarefoundation/autoware.auto/AutowareAuto#1095 - ongoing
• autowarefoundation/autoware.auto/AutowareAuto#876 (closed) - ready for review
• autowarefoundation/autoware.auto/AutowareAuto#819 - assigned to Haoru
• autowarefoundation/autoware.auto/AutowareAuto#1037 - Fatih will investigate further
• autowarefoundation/autoware.auto/AutowareAuto#1168 - if tests are run in parallel they randomly fail. Sequential testing passes however, though that is not ideal
