Object Collision Estimator Does Not Stop for Dynamic Obstacles
Description
When object collision estimation is enabled in either the AVP demo or the Record/Replay Planner demo, the vehicle currently does not stop for detected, dynamic obstacles.
How to Reproduce
Use the recordreplay_planner_demo.launch.py
file or ms3_sim.launch.py
file in autoware_auto_avp_demo
and turn on random traffic in LGSVL.
Current Behavior
Vehicle does not stop for obstacles that are moving.
Expected behavior
Vehicle should stop.
