outliving its own suite's rotation: every serve now cross-checks the
cached object's hash against the index (refreshed by the latest
Release/InRelease fetch) instead of trusting RevalidateTTL or a
conditional GET's 304 alone. Add "pkgproxyctl cache invalidate <url>"
(backed by a new admin-API DELETE /v1/cache route) to evict a stale
entry manually. Clarify the "cached indefinitely" docs/snap wording,

Fix "setup lxd" provisioning-file writes to be atomic and verified, and
to resolve their directory by how LXD itself is installed so a
host-built pkgproxy driving a snap-installed LXD writes where that LXD
