v0.6.0 Add -content-socket-path/-lxd-tls-content-socket-path additional UNIX socket listeners (and the snap package's new "sockets" content-interface slot), plus a warning instead of silently dropping the LXD-TLS socket flags when that listener is off. Add -addr to "setup apt"/"setup snap". Fix "setup lxd" provisioning-file writes to be atomic and verified, and to resolve their directory by how LXD itself is installed so a host-built pkgproxy driving a snap-installed LXD writes where that LXD can read.
