v0.6.1 Fix a dists/** cache entry (Release/InRelease/Packages*/Sources*) outliving its own suite's rotation: every serve now cross-checks the cached object's hash against the index (refreshed by the latest Release/InRelease fetch) instead of trusting RevalidateTTL or a conditional GET's 304 alone. Add "pkgproxyctl cache invalidate <url>" (backed by a new admin-API DELETE /v1/cache route) to evict a stale entry manually. Clarify the "cached indefinitely" docs/snap wording, which only ever applied to apt's pool/**. See NEWS.
