Using the PRT framework we should check for regression in the max bandwidth for message exchanges.
Start a p2p layer on a "server" and some "clients", have the client send bunch of data to the server, check the sending time. We can vary the clients number to measure the effect of the IO scheduler, and vary the messages sizes.
Link items together to show that they're related or that one is blocking others.
