Move reusable analytics components into common

Components to refactor

• menu (see issue #2054 (closed), #2203 (closed))
• filter (see issue #2209 (closed))
• chart (see issue #2170 (closed))
• layout-chart (see issue #2202 (closed))
• metrics (see issue #2202 (closed))
• table - update: might not need to do this after all
• generic layout for sidebar + main (see issue #2194 (closed))
