Added Traco TDU 1 symbols

I've uploaded another series to integrate into the KiCad library.

I had to create a new symbol because there was no existing one with the pinning I needed.

The KLC-Checker did throw the following error for TDU 1-0511 (all other symbols are extended):

Checking symbol 'Converter_DCDC:TDU1-0511': Violating S4.5 - https://klc.kicad.org/symbol/s4/s4.5/ Pins not connected on the footprint may be omitted from the symbol Pins 2, 3, 6 are missing.

This is because these pins do physically not exist.
