Added Traco TDU1 footprint

Hi KiCad-Librarians 🙂,

I've uploaded another series to integrate into the KiCad library.

MR Footprint-Script: kicad-footprint-generator!956 (merged)

MR Symbol: kicad-symbols!4074 (merged)

Original datasheet: https://www.tracopower.com/products/tdu1.pdf

The footprint did not threw any KLC error.
