Added Traco TDU 1 series footprint script

Hi KiCad-Librarians
I've uploaded another series to integrate into the KiCad library.
MR Footprint: kicad-footprints!3328 (merged)
MR Symbol: kicad-symbols!4074 (merged)

The footprint did not threw any KLC errors.
