Partially added Coilcraft MSS series.

This MR complements kicad-footprint-generator!1164 (merged) and adds some 3D models for the Coilcraft MSS/MSO family.

Only models for devices similar in shape to the MSS1210 series were added, because I have an MSS1210 inductor at hand to measure it. The datasheet and 3D model given by Coilcraft is of little use as most dimensions are missing. The dimensions used, were exacted form photos under the microscope and my trusty caliper.

The models not from the MSS1210 family were eyeballed from pictures in the datasheet. I would say the look alright, but there is no 100% guarantee apart from the outer dimensions.
