Added Coilcraft MSS series.

This MR adds some of the Coilcraft MSS/MOS family. Several smaller models were not added because they do not have rectangular pads.

This MR implements the new pin 1 marker feature from !1149 (merged).

The MR contains several .csv files, because the shape of those components is different. Splitting the csv files allows to later implement the 3D models for each individual shape class.

The dimensions were taken as the nominal values from the datasheets, not the Coilcraft MSS/MOS family home page as this page only shows the maximum values.

Currently only the the devices found in coilcraft_mss_rounded_rectangular_base.csv have a 3D model implemented.
