Partially added Coilcraft MSS series

This MR adds some of the Coilcraft MSS series. For more details see kicad-packages3D-generator!212 (merged).

These are generated 3D models.

• WRL model submitted in 1:2.54 scale
• 3D model alignment checked against KiCad footprint
• WRL model uses correct material properties
• Geometry check performed on the model
