11.3 Plan retrospective
This is an asynchronous retrospective for 11.3. It's private to the Plan team, plus anyone else that worked with the team during 11.3. This retrospective will be following the process described at https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/management/team-retrospectives/

- Change backlog list to be called “Open” in boards

- Sort by start date and end date in the roadmap view and epics list view
- Roadmap bar edges using fixed/dynamic start and end dates
- Milestone dates integrated into epics
- Deprecation message for bottom UI of project milestone page
- Customize notifications for new epic - Web and API
- Upvote and downvote issues/merge requests/epics/comments you've created
- GitLab does not add comment/link to Jira on mention in commit message
- More issues - this only includes deliverables!
Issues that slipped
- Can't attach image to epic description and comment
- Issue board card design
- Order issues / merge requests lists in both directions
- Filter merge requests that are marked WIP
