11.0 follow-up: continue to make sure that BE team members have exposure to different areas

continue in spreading expertise for each area (so there are at least 2 team members closely familiar with each part - e.g. elasticsearch, file uploads, portfolio management), so then we can better balance tasks if needed (or if a person is longer time away)
