Stop copying QA images to omnibus-gitlab registry

What does this MR do?

All the downstream stakeholders should be fetching QA image either from Dockerhub or from gitlab and gitlab-foss container registries. No one should be depending on QA images from omnibus-gitlab registries anymore.
