Migrate analytics dateformat methods to ce
What does this MR do?
Following on from !65433 (merged), this MR moves some analytics/shared/constants from EE to CE, ready to integrate them into the project level VSA in !65056 (closed).
This MR:
- Moves the
dateFormatsandmasksconstants - Updates all references to the constants
