[FE] VSA - Add sorting to stage tables

What does this MR do?

This MR enables sorting for the VSA stage table, currently there are 2 fields visible and we can sort by either.

This MR:

• Adds the sort and direction fields to the VSA records pagination
• Adds sorting parameters to the VSA /records endpoint requests
• Synchronizes the currently selected sorting options in the URL for deep linking
• Update related tests
