What does this MR do?

This changes DRI of Cloud Native GitLab Pages to be @vshushlin.

I think that:

@vshushlin knows almost all aspects that needs to be done
@vshushlin actively does engineering work on this story
@vshushlin did an amazing job so far which builds confidence that he will be great DRI
@vshushlin with @jaime are great team to make these changes together
