Update full alert overview styles

What does this MR do?

A small MVC to address this comment: !31750 (comment 341287872)

We do two things in this MR:

1. Update severity formatting and localization
2. Update keys to be human readable.

Following Work

1. Abstract severity icon into SFC as its now re-used more than 2 times.
