Alert details in designated tab on Alerts
Problem to solve
The alert detail page is dedicated to displaying and organizing the alert details and payload which is critical for responders who are investigating problems. Often times the payload on an alert contains a lot of information. Moving this payload to a separate tab enables the responder to focus on the high-level attributes in the summary before diving into the payload for further investigation.

Proposal
Create a new tab called Full alert details and move the payload list to that tab.
