Adds Service Desk custom email reply address
What does this MR do and why?
This MR enables the Service Desk custom email reply address feature flag service_desk_custom_email_reply
. When custom email for Service Desk is enabled
a reply address is generated from the custom email
address instead of the incoming_email.
