Why

Missed part of #413716 (closed), the tab was added as a part of !122374 (merged)

!122374 (merged) to be merged soon, 413716_rename_compliance_reports_tab branch was based off !122374 (merged) branch (413716_add_adherence_report_ff_and_tab))

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Go to a group
  2. Under Secure observe updated tab option (Compliance center) and updated page header when visited
