Hi @egrieff, Can you please review the backend changes for the design description issue #388449 (closed)?
This MR is in conjunction to the frontend MR !118788 (merged) for the same issue #388449 (closed). We need update_design permission to check if user can edit the design description as per the thread. Due to multi-version compatibility, creating a separate MR for the backend changes. I have kept the changes in the MR !118788 (merged) for testing but will remove them later.
