Upgrade to Faraday v2 for omniauth_openid_connect and openid_connect gems

omniauth_openid_connect v0.7 requires openid_connect v2, which requires Faraday v2. However, we can't upgrade to those supported versions because we are blocked on upgrading to Faraday v2 due to a number of gems:

1. danger
2. ms_rest and ms_rest_azure gitlab-org/ruby/gems/gitlab-fog-azure-rm#3 (closed)

It looks like Danger v9.2.0 supports Faraday 2: https://github.com/danger/danger/pull/1415

graphlient should be updated to 0.6 or 0.7 for faraday 2

Update: this is indirectly caused by faraday_middleware wanting faraday ~> 1.0 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1025084

Since faraday_middleware is deprecated, we will still need to update to graphlient 0.7.0

asana will need update to 2.0.3 and typhoeus probably need an update too.

I've removed the asana gem in !132165 (merged).
