Allow users to generate a new application secret

Related to #332844 (comment 637812197)

Currently we show the application secret when reviewing an application. To improve security we should remove the application secret when reviewing an application and only show it immediately after creation. Since this could cause some frustration for users we should allow users to generate a new secret when reviewing an application.
