Create a download for the Secret when creating an application in Admin / Applications

When you create an application the Secret field is visible. This can preset a security concer. As well, this exact screen is visible when you View the application from Admin / Applications / Application name.

Proposal

Let's move the secret to a download button similar to how we download 2FA credentials.
