The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. We are introducing three breaking change windows during which we expect breaking changes to be deployed to GitLab.com. You can read more about it on our blogpost . IMPORTANT: This migration should not run on gitlab.com since we want to do a percentage based rollout so we'll need to skip it by inserting the schema version directly per https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/21157#note_99742240. Please create an issue in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/production/issues and assign @abrandl to deal with skipping the migration before this is released to GitLab.com
