📆 Oct 19 - Nov 04: Self-evaluation and manager evaluation cycle

: Fill out your Product Designer Performance Factors Worksheet
🟢 Every designer will fill out their Performance Factors worksheet. I have already created copies for each of you and invited you as editors. Please check off your name below once you have completed this step.
🔵 Optional
: Self-Evaluation on Workday
It is up to all team members' discretion if they wish to complete their Self-Evaluation in Workday. This self-evaluation will be shared with their manager prior to the manager's evaluation and Calibration Sessions.

📆 Nov 4 - 29: Manager calibration cycle
The UX Management team will have a calibration session to ensure that our assessments are fair across the entire team. I will have to highlight the following for each of you:
- 2-3 strengths/accomplishments (and supporting examples)
- 2-3 improvement areas
- Anything else noteworthy
On Nov 30, 2022, Workday Talent Assessment will be locked.
📆 Dec 01 - 08: Total Rewards and E-Group review
After the calibration session, Christie and Valerie will make sure that the ratings are aligned and forward the documents to Total Rewards/E-Group.
📆 Dec 09 - 14: Managers finalize evaluations
Managers will have access to Workday Talent Assessment to finalize evaluations.
📆 Jan 3 - Jan 31: Communicate final assessment
Managers can communicate Performance/Growth Potential assessment to team members. Please check off your name below once we have completed this step.
