fix: upgrade github.com/miekg/dns to v1.1.15

We introduced github.com/miekg/dns in feat(database): use service discovery for prima... (!1271 - merged) but the versioning used seems arbitrary given the latest release would have been v1.1.53.

Also, this feature has not been enabled in the charts yet, so there is nothing using DNS service discovery right now, so I think it's safe to upgrade to the latest version which is now v1.1.55.
