WIP: first iteration of update to the handbook for career development conversation tracking
Why is this change being made?
Adding career development tracking process to the handbook. This outlines the process for how we track that a conversation has taken place.
Process is not mandatory but is recommended that all team members have a career development conversation. MR lists the process and the next steps.
@cteskey @rtakken @lwebster @jarmendariz @cbednarz @Vatalidis this is the WIP: Once this is finalized and @Vatalidis and I have confirmed the template update in BambooHR, I will create a video as well to push out to all team members and I can link that video as well into the handbook.
