Enables the simplest possible GitLab CI YAML statements for collecting any artifact from any child pipeline. A token is needed because non-token approaches require extremely complex CI YAML. Isn't actually limited to Child pipelines - see README.md Marked as Embedded because of the criticality of getting Child Pipeline artifacts when creating Hardware in the CI Loop (HIL) pipelines.
