Fixes for main branch

Fixes five issues on main

• Recipe corstone1000-deploy-image is trying to install files into a shared area when those files already exist.
• No IMAGE_CMD defined for IMAGE_FSTYPES entry 'wic.pad' - possibly invalid type name or missing support class
• The relative path for utility images has changed on internal CI
• KV-260 does not work with upstream HEADs (pin the SHAs using the SHAs in Linaro's Trusted Reference Stack)
• systemd patch for Corstone-1000 is not applying
