fix(workstation): isolate Molecule scenario state

Plan

  1. Disable project-level shared Molecule state so each workstation scenario uses the review component’s scenario-specific ephemeral directory.
  2. Upgrade the affected workstation and bootc review jobs to the released scenario-isolation component.
  3. Validate the scenario/platform mappings and run the exact merge-request pipeline.

Acceptance criteria

  • workstation default, devcontainer, and gui scenarios keep independent state.
  • Each workstation scenario retains its own declared host identity.
  • bootc and microshift scenarios use independent SSH keys and ephemeral state.
  • The exact-head merge-request pipeline succeeds.
