fix(workstation): terminate molecule YAML files

Plan

1. Restore the final line ending required by ansible-lint in both workstation Molecule playbooks.
2. Validate both YAML files and rerun the project pipeline.

Acceptance criteria

• converge.yml ends with a newline.
• verify.yml ends with a newline.
• Both files remain valid YAML.
• The exact-head pipeline succeeds.
