Damagetext improvements
- screen vs world coords: This is inspired by discussion on another MR. I am not sure i like screen coords - it feels weird when you're moving towards or away from the enemy. @terencehill try it, we can make them default if you want but i think i am gonna use world coords.
- fix
autocvar_cl_damagetext_accumulate_alpha_rel
- fix #1983 (closed) - no sure about what the default should be, don't care much
- ugly fix for #1994 (closed) - if someone wants to suggest more involved workarounds for this in damagetext code, i suggest he just goes fix shotgun instead :P
