Interpolate nametag positions for teammates occluded by walls
Related to #2712 (closed).
Currently, when you look at a teammate's nametag, it smoothly follows the player as long as they're in view. However, as soon as they're occluded by solid geometry (causing their position to no longer be sent to your client), the nametag will only be updated at sys_ticrate
intervals (30 Hz on most servers). This causes the nametag to stutter when the teammate moves behind walls. This can be reproduced in offline bot matches and online games, so it's not related to ping.
This doesn't occur for enemies as you can't see their nametags through walls.
For reference, this isn't a regression – it's been the case ever since nametags were implemented. I just took the time to report it now
