Optimize inventory synchronization to send diffs instead of whole inventories

PendingTrade ideally we could send pending updates to save bandwidth. This comment is mainly for future considerations as we already resend the entirety of heavier structures like the inventory on modification, which also needs to be improved and this is probably both smaller and less frequent.
